By using this website you agree to these terms. The content, photographs, music and logo on this site belong to Yana Keeps Singing and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Enquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings
Sending an enquiry through this website does not confirm a booking or reserve a date. A booking is only confirmed once Yana has responded, confirmed availability, and both sides have agreed the details in writing.
Prices and Packages
Prices shown on the Services page are a guide and may vary depending on travel, performance length, venue requirements and the date. The agreed price for your event will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.
Performance Requirements
The event organiser is responsible for providing safe access to the performance area, a suitable power supply, adequate space, and any licences or permissions the venue requires. Performance times, breaks and setup will be agreed in advance.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, will be agreed in writing when the booking is confirmed. Deposits secure the date and are normally non-refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
Please give as much notice as possible if your event is cancelled or the date changes. Where circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as illness, severe weather or travel disruption, prevent a performance, Yana will work with you to find an alternative arrangement or a fair resolution.
Recording and Promotion
Photographs or short clips of performances may be used for promotional purposes. Let Yana know in advance if you would prefer this not to happen at your event.
